1. Product Authenticity Requirement
   All vendors must upload and sell only original, natural, and authentic gemstones. Synthetic, fake, lab-created, or artificial stones are strictly prohibited. Any listing found to be misleading or counterfeit will result in immediate removal without refund.

2. Restricted Items
   Vendors are not allowed to upload or sell the following:

   Artificial or fashion jewelry
   Lab-grown stones
   Plastic, glass, or imitation gemstones
   Any product unrelated to gemstones or crystal-based items

3. Verification and Review Rights
   Khaki Gem Stone reserves the right to:

   Review and verify all vendor-uploaded products before or after publishing
   Request proof of authenticity or certification for any product
   Remove any product deemed suspicious, low-quality, or irrelevant to the platform

4. Subscription Termination Policy
   If a vendor is found violating the above terms:

   Their product listings may be suspended or deleted without prior noticeTheir vendor access/login may be temporarily or permanently blockedNo refunds will be issued in case of policy violations

5. Legal Responsibility
   Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and authenticity. Khaki Gem Stone is not liable for any disputes between vendors and customers arising from fake or misrepresented products.
